Jenny Tuohy, Counsel

An attorney at Stoel Rives, Jenny Baer Tuohy specializes in working with nonprofit organizations regarding the federal and state rules that govern the charitable sector, and regularly advises public charities, private foundations, trade associations and business corporations on a wide range of compliance matters and business issues. Jenny works with clients in a number of industries, ranging from research universities to an organic produce distributor. As the mother of a young son and wife of a physician, Jenny is passionate about public health issues, particularly those affecting mothers and children. Jenny received her B.A. from Stanford University and her J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School.
