Paul Hartnett, Chief Financial Officer

Paul Hartnett brings years of senior financial management experience to HHRA. Based in the greater Milwaukee area, Paul’s tenure includes roles as the Managing Director of global fixed asset management and insurance solutions for Duff & Phelps, National Managing Director in charge of the United States operations of American Appraisal, and Senior Manager of assurance for KPMG. With expertise in strategic business analysis, financial reporting and compliance, business development, and board governance, he has helped steer services for myriad health-care organizations, private foundations, colleges and universities, and nonprofits. Paul holds a BBA in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
